This exceptional 15ct gold Etruscan Revival bangle bracelet hails from Edwardian England. Slim and graceful, the oval bangle is embellished across the top with Etruscan Revival applied wire and bead work. Exquisite cannetille reminds us that Etruscan gold work was the finest in history. A light bloom enhances the antique gold. The bracelet is hinged, with a tight clasp and safety chain. This bracelet is a marvel, dramatic and wearable. The interior of the bracelet bears the hand engraved inscription "B.G. 24/2/08." Hallmarked for Chester, 15ct, and the years 1905-06.
Details.....The exterior of the bangle measures 2.06" by 2.51", and the interior measures 1.9" by 2.34". It has an approximate inner circumference of 6.5". The front of the bracelet is 0.26" wide, and the back is 0.17". The piece weighs 9.3 grams. In Very Good Antique Condition.
