Stylish jewelry in the 1980s was all about bold, graphic design ... the bigger, the better. This chunky sterling silver dome ring hails from the inimitable House of Chanel. Enjoying all of those qualities, plus a touch of whimsy. The wide, heavy band has a curvaceous top that tapers to a substantial shank. The name "Chanel" is stamped across the top of the ring, letters scattered over the surface like errant Scrabble tiles. This collectible band bears French hallmarks and the Chanel maker's mark. It comes with its original box. Circa 1980.
Details..... Currently a size 7.5. The front of the band measures 13.2mm wide, and the back is 8.3mm wide. In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should expect all vintage and antique jewels to show some wear; we consider it part of their charm.
